1992Chevy K1500
It's been a while since I thought about airbags. I won't be able to get them now (maybe next summer), but was wondering about something. 1. I found these (clicky here) airbags on a site that was posted on another topic on this forum. Would they be worth it? How much weight do they hold? My truck weighs a hair under 5000 pounds, so would 4 of them hold my truck? I have a 3" suspension lift and 2" body lift (not sure if that's relevant). Would they work with my lift? I'm more or less just curious right now. I want to be able to lower it when I park (to make it easier to get in and out) and lift it before I drive off. My wheels extend past the wheel wells, so I could only lower it till the wells touch the wheels, but that's a good 4 inches straight down. My comp setup (Not bad for what it is): HP Compaq Presario V6120US laptop with: 15.4" widescreen AMD Turion 64 X2 1.6GHz processor 2x1GB stick DDR2 SDRAM (667 Mhz) Seagate Momentus 500GB SATA HDD 128MB shared video memory Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit 12 cell Lithium Ion battery (actual battery usage time: 6 hours) What it does: On a USB 2.0 Wireless card
sully
It is possible, there are alot of bagged lifted trucks. It is usually on the big lifts but it will work with any truck. It is the same concept as lowering the truck. the 2600's are fine for the front but I would go with a bigger bag for the rear. 2003 Ford F-150 Reg Cab layin body on 26's 2003 Tahoe 3/5 drop on 26's with a 408cid Supercharged engine. 2011 Camaro 2SS 2005 VW GTI Stage II ECU, CAI, 3" turbo back exhaust, FMIC, lowered 2" on some plastidipped 18's 2003 Hayabusa lowered, stretched, cams, nitrous and custom paint

1992Chevy K1500
if its lifted and bagged......then how the hell ya gonna drag it? lol IDK. LOL. J/k, I'm not gonna drag it. I prefer lifted because I hate that small feeling you get in a lowered truck. Don't get me wrong, I like the looks of a lowered truck, but I can't get over that feeling of being crushed in a wreck. Like I said, it's more of an idol curiosity. I've always wanted to bag my truck. But the last time I started asking, I got quoted bull**** prices (I doubt airbags for a lifted truck are $400-500+ each! ) My comp setup (Not bad for what it is): HP Compaq Presario V6120US laptop with: 15.4" widescreen AMD Turion 64 X2 1.6GHz processor 2x1GB stick DDR2 SDRAM (667 Mhz) Seagate Momentus 500GB SATA HDD 128MB shared video memory Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit 12 cell Lithium Ion battery (actual battery usage time: 6 hours) What it does: On a USB 2.0 Wireless card
