Recommended Posts

Just the wall w/ the subs I have planned in it will weigh in the neighborhood of 2k+ lbs... Not counting the 16-20 batts, amps, wiring, sound deadening, etc.

One of the first things being done to my soon to be astro is bagging it.

Just get some of your big friends and get them to sit in the back seat. As you add people on top of other people, measure the drop that you get over your back axle. :)

If you build it right, you will notice a difference. And.... you have a mustang. It is meant to be a sports car, not to carry lots of weight. :D My Astro (that is meant to hold some weight) dropped 2-2.25" over the rear end. Box and equipment prob. weighs over half a ton. I thought it drove bad before.... phew.

Just some things to think about.

You have a beard of a mysterious sea captain. I would follow you to hell and back.
