civichatch
Hey everyone i have a pretty simple question. I will be recieving my Type R 15" on monday morning. I will be running 770 watts rms to it. I have a civic and my alternator is only 70 amps. I have a no name battery and im using 4 gauge power/ground wire. I have a 1 farad stinger capacitor (I know its not doing much). I also have stinger gold plated terminals. I have absolutely no light dim right now at 350 watts. I was just curios if i will have to upgrade my Alt/Battery to supply the amp with enough juice so it doesnt start clipping. I dont want to ruin this sub over somthing stupid. Thanks for reading. The amp im using is a MTX MXA6001 Class D 770 watts RMS.
