xX MocK
I wouldnt they would be seeing like 1250 RMS each. Maybe get another 2500.1 and have one on each because those BTLs will eat that and want more. I'd run a clean 3.5k to each BTL at the least or go super meade style and run like 5k because they will take it If you are set on one 2500.1 go with the BLs Edited October 19, 2009 by xX MocK
BassJunkie
Could I power 2 fi btl 18's with a kicker zx2500.1? CaptainzPlanetz
You could, but not to their full potential x2, I would do a ZX.2500 per sub it will be perfect for the BTL's ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ Marlo Stanfield
WTF Stanfield? U r full of shit. LOL Done it with both subs and little power, just no pics/vids/etc to prove it haha. Ok so I got the Fi but it's in a 4.25 cubic foot box. At 33 hz. So anyone got any box ideas That is not the suggested enclosure for a single 18" BTL, don't know where u got that from. Could I power 2 fi btl 18's with a kicker zx2500.1? You could but they will be grossly underpowered... Without question you'd be much louder if you were to run FI BLs or Qs with that power. I'd rethink this whole setup before you waste money on something that won't be up to par or meet your expectations. With 2 18" BTLs I'd start with 2000w daily per woofer and go as high as 4k each(as long as it's clean power). With a minimum of 4,000w daily to the subs, you then will need to put in sum decent electrical upgrades(a few big batts + HO alt). 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... New setup, old ride... TyC2010
It's in this box now cuz the guy I bought it off of had it in a grand am. So it's the only size that would fit. I'm sure a bigger box would make it slam by its self wired to the 2500.1.
andym85
They'll both hit 180db fresh out the box. ^^this /thread i likes me some audio stuff...
