I like Singer! So when you and the old lady are fighting you can just throw a pillow and blanket in the tunnel and sleep there :D Is there any actual reason you didn't take the sealed enclosures to a V instead of leaving part of the back wall exposed? It kind of reminds me of Mick's 4th order without the loading wall and coming to a point in the rear. Any plans for a loading wall? I know I remember you telling me on the phone that with it wide open it wasn't quite going to be tuned where you wanted, but I don't remember if you said anything about a loading wall. Also where the hell are the batteries and amps at?????

Thanks Zach

The size of the woofers and vehicle limited what I could do with them in terms of placement and functionality. It is way different from Steves build though, center port, different angle on my V, different airspace on the sealed size in proportion to cone area, and a way different vehicle. The general platform of the build is the same I guess you could say, but I learned quite a bit more about 4th and 6th orders as Micks build and the A teams build evolved this season. There is two layers of 2x4s going around with steel plating against them now tuning it to 48hz (almost 10hz above my loudest frequency)

If the wagon likes the change in port area with tuning then it should only get louder. The ported chamber is around 21 square inches per cubic foot and each driver is in around 2.5-2.7 (around 5 cubes in each common chamber) I am guessing sealing it off and tuning it should be worth anything from .7-2.5db depending on what the vehicle wants.

The batteries are in the backseat in a 10"-52" enclosure I made that supports the enclosure and there is plenty of room on the sides for amps.

Yeah this at SBN is gonna be stupid loud.

LOVING the build so far.

Looking great bro.

I cant wait to sit in this if you have it done in a month.

Thanks Jacob

Thilo gets back in a week and a half then I will get the new 4Hps rolling for you.

I was able to internally regulate your alternator for 16 volts like the wagon (will charge at 19.1) so you don't have to worry about that horrible ext. reg everyone uses that can fail at any time! :)

Haha thanks man

I wish that was the case...I have problems or certain things don't work so I bust my ass or learn until they do.

Ask Meade, he is human too just like the rest of us :)
