If they sit for a week or two, they drop down to 12.8ish. I had 2 of these D31T's from my suburban that I gave my buddy Skip. Sat in his garage for over 18 months, never charged, still sitting at 12.26 when we got ready to install them. These were all new delivered straight from Optima when I installed them in the Van in November 08.
