Now, instead of having the generic basket the old SE's had, the SEX has RE's own proprietary basket adopted from the XXX and the MX subs. This new SEX sub is an extremely nice woofer. It has a heavy gauge aluminum basket, a looong 3 inch coil, and a huge soft surround on the front.
