I ran two 9515 on 4 Earthquake phd5000's and 2 stetsom 7kd's daily. For burp I ran 4-Stetsom 7kd's and 2 14k2d's, Only burned coils once and the first subs lasted almost two years on the d5's, reconed for lower impedience and ran the 7kd's ttwo years without burning. The Neos are a different story with 3500 watts i burned them on music......

You will be just fine with around 3k daily on that sub.. as long as you sets the gains correctly, make sure u have no clipping and have sum restraint with volume control you should be fine.

Btw I've seen 9500s take 4-6kw daily in very very select setups and they were run by some experienced competitors with a ton of time on the 9500s. Also they were on the kevlar cones w/ an extremely stiff suspension. I would never suggest running 5k daily to any woofer though, even though after imp rise it will never seen that much power. A "true" 5k after rise will do sum damage to just about any woofer for daily purposes.

1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... New setup, old ride... QX56 is staying stock til I get loud... It's only getting walled off if I don't meet my goal @ SBN.

Pioneer AVIC-N2

(12) 12" RE SXs old model.... (3) AB VFL 500.1 @ 1ohm each

Dual 300amp Ohio Gen alts.... (10) Northstar NSB-125s

26ft3 @ 33hz w/ a ton of port area

156.5 @ 40hz @ dash, Db Drag style / 153.2 Bassrace

i know this is off subject i know u can get custom made subs and all but u can get damn near every lil detail on the subwoofer custom to ur likings thats pretty cool. i knew about the dust caps magnets and the cones . im sure u would have to call that in though righht?
