Need help to build ported box for two 15" L7

I had a pre-fab ported box for my L7 15" and it came a part. I know for all you guy's that making your own is the way to go but, i need help. I have a 2001 ford Expedition and i removed the 3rd row seat. so space is not a question. but i will like it to be a beast of a box. Im runnying two DEI D2400 amp. I also need a new alternater because of the power they have been starving for more.

Alpine D900 head unit 7" flip out t.v

Kicker 6 1/2 components (front,rear)KS 6502

MB quart 3 1/2" in front A/C vent's (center channel)

DC Audio LVL 5 18" (pair) Custom ported box

Sundown 4500 at .5

Sundown 100.4

XS 3100 up front and a pair of XS 6500 in the rear.

1 17" Eiger Vision T.V

2 7" Eiger Vision T.V in Second row.

Dynomat Top to Bottom (foam in all halo beam's)

DC Eng Alt 260SP and a 400SP dual set up.

i'd say 5 cubes a piece tuned to 35hz. theres gonna be alot more opinions.

L7s love big ported boxes so something like (5ft3 @ 34hz w/ 65in^2 of port per woofer) should work out pretty well. Subs facing up w/ port(s) towards the rear, a single 12" aero would be pretty badass and should move a ton of air.

10cu ft, 100sq in port opening, 15 inches deep. sub up, port to the rear. Thats the numbers kicker gave me for the last box I built, and off 2 zx750.1's @4ohm, it slams

99 suburban, ranger rover headlights, SS front bumper,roll pan with frenched tag, 2nd row delete,glassed dash..audio to come whenever I figure out what I want.

Curiosity sake, why were u only running 375w per L7??

The OP will be running a good amount more power than you were running, so box specs will be different to account for the power.

thats what the dude had. I had the same set up, in almost the same box, tuned to the same hz, off a crossfire vr2000, and it was really stupid loud for 2-15's

to the OP, go to kickers web site, call the support number, tell them what you got, and what power, and they will give you the cuft and port size
