thorshammer
Well I first just gotta say HUGE Thanks to everyone who voted for me! This past run with Frankenwoofer was by far the best time I've had in a long time. Couple links to build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=48050 http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=59476 I'll continue updating here. Next months build consists of High Roll surrounds ( to put a whoopin on ), pushed back and sealed, and a special treat to eliminate the split baffle. -Hobby-
Im guessing some special one of a kind bolt on rings to mount to the baskets that will let you mount to a baffle without tearing the box apart. Cant wait to see what the new rebuilt subs will do. I will be outside tomorrow doing some of that trunk sealing your were telling me to do to the Mazda. Going to another comp in 2 weeks. Oooh that sounds nice lol Glad to hear your doing some sealing. Remember if you seal around the box you need to seal the rear deck. You don't want anything getting behind the box. thorshammer
Did some more testing today. Set volume 149.7 Broke seal and pushed box back. 149.7. Proper seal job has shown .5 gain consistent. Frank now has a Bride. While her tape job still holds farely well you can hear the air pissing out the tape and surround.
