Berto Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 Setting off car alarms is usually pretty easy, but the hair trick depends on a lot of things. TEAM FLEX ISSUES Car: 1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royal 24" Rims HU: 7" Carputer, Planet Audio EQ, iPhone. Coax: T3 Audio 4" speakers Subs: 2x 18" T3 Audio TSNS (walled) Sub Amp: DC 9k SOON TO COME T3 Audio 6x9s MB Quarts 6.5" comp set MAYBE ADDED 2nd DC 9k
uluahunta808 Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 lets say a hatch back windows down with a decent 12" off 600 could do alarms with ease. a trunk car with the same setup very hard. Alot depends on the car. hair tricks alot harder than it looks. You need to be moving alot of air.

Boon Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 Might wanna re-title this 'how to be a complete tool and deliberately set off car alarms with my stereo' ? EDIT: More on topic... takes a shitload more power to do a hairtrick than to set an alarm off, especially if the alarm was set up by an idiot who set the shock sensor to maximum sensitivity... 10.x volts fo' life!
