Guero3384
And just thowing it out there but about running tires under 24's, I think it's a whole lot easier to do it, because on these thinner tires you acctually have to check them like every week because it's not like the bigger tire where you can tell right away when it's slightly under inflated. Funny you say that cause when i had on my 4's would look like needed air but really didnt cause of such a small tire it was Quote Check out my build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...mp;#entry717600 4 12" Kicker L7's 1 zx2500.1 Kicker Amp 1 zx650.4 Kicker Amp All Kicker 1/0 Wire Headunit Jvc Kw-Nx7000 3 sets of 6.5 Image Dynamics CXS6 series
BassJunkie
My 40 series kumho ecsta's are doing the same thing, love the looks of them, sucks its a problem with the tire itself. Berto
My 40 series kumho ecsta's are doing the same thing, love the looks of them, sucks its a problem with the tire itself. I thought they were good tire's til this happened. I saw the thread about when it happened to Steve, but I thought it was just a mistake and it wouldn't happen to any other tires, but I just worried that it might and it did. treossi
ya sure, if you can get someone on the phone, good luck........they MIGHT prorate them. They were going to for me but when i tried to call back and ask for a different "authorized" dealer (after the one i went too acted scared of 26's) they never answered again. I called 6 or 7 times and left at least 3 messages and no return call. On top of all that, if they DO pro rate them and get you some replacements, you still get to ride on those same exact tires and it WILL happen again. I switched brands, thank god they didnt answer the phone now that i look back because the Pirelli OWNS the Kumho in ride quality and sound....time will tell if they are durable - i would rather have wore out tread then side wall splits any day. damn steve... i didn't know it was that hard to get in touch with them... i know there is a kumho distrobution center next to the school i went to (UTI) in rancho cucamunga california... but it's up to the op to try to get a hold of some one i guess.... if i were you i'd try to get some of the ones meade has so you don't run into this again Quote Team sundownWESTCOASTSPL.COM we're throwing dbdrag events very soon visit the website for details

So if I don't talk to Kumho I'm gonna try to get some info and prices on the tire's Steve got, the Scorpions I think, and the P-Zero Nero's. kumoh tires are even that bad u wana see my gash in my tires and it dont even leak any air been rolling ofr 6kmiles on it What tire's are you running? And damn I really don't think that's safe. EDIT: never mind, I saw your pictures, and DAMN that looks bad. capalass23
ecstas very good quality tire its all in picking the proper tire for the aplication need maybe the kumoh has to soft of a side wall for a tire with that low of a profile while the pirelli probly has a stiffer side wall Quote 95 WAGON BUILD FEED BACK
