Decaf Posted November 20, 2009 Report Share Posted November 20, 2009 yeah im not tryin to bash ya, just informing u u really need to watch the songs in a oscope before u do anything to it heres an example: if there is a .2 second clip... the song is 4 minutes long and u slow the song 25%... u just lengthened that clip to .25 now repeat that clip every second in the song and u can see why it becomes a problem u have guys on this forum running 10-20kilowatts... they dont want music that will cause extra heat from clippage alot of it has to do with song choice... downloading 7 copies of the same song (just look for different file sizes) until u find the one that lends itself to the most altering i dont always look for the loudest copy... i look for the cleanest most distortion free sounding copy i can locate Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
