Currently I'm running an AQ 2200-D to a DC XL 18, I'm questioning about buying another XL and amp My question is what are the implecations of running the amps seperate (as in a 0 gauge run to each amp, then to each sub) compared to daisy chaining the amps...also what is the bare minimum electrical that I would need to run these two amps <div align='center'>03 RAV4 18" DC Level 4 XL Knukonceptz 1/0 gauge AudioQue 2200D 6.25 cubic foot box tuned to 32 hz DB Linc 200 Amp H/O ALT 1/0 BIG III</div> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ISO Posted November 17, 2009 Report Share Posted November 17, 2009 LOL its really all very simple math. Can you tell me what the recommened fuse rating is on your amp? You can get away with 300 amps on a 17 foot piece of 1/0 awg and I consider that MAX. Isobaric - Refers to the practice of coupling two drivers together to make them act as one. Beanz Posted November 17, 2009 Report Share Posted November 17, 2009 reccomended on the 2200 is 300 ampsthats what Ive got on it currently also acutally its 200.300 amps is for the 3500d That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.
