  1. 1. Should I run 6 18's or 8 18's in the Suburban? Why?

Dam 67% said go with 8 18" subs but now I am thinking about 6 18's because that has not been done as far as I know and I want to leave room in the suburban for more creations. I guess I will see when I get to that point. Money is a BIG thing to consider, but I plan on taking my time to plot out what is going in and what is going out. Another thing to consider is INCOME TAX. hell yeah. But seriously I am taking this very seriously, and I know that this will be a bish to pull together, but I am going to knock it out. Hell if I do decide to go through with 8 18" btl's I know they can fit comfortably if Meade got them to fit in the caddy. That took a hell of a lot of skills. But for the record I am keeping in mind what my budget is, so I appreciate all the advice, but it is under control.

see, i told you, you all own me $20

and there is a hummer with 6 BTLs

Technically you would be wrong if 6 was my FINAL decision, and not that you told me that there is a such thing as 6 18's I will go back to 8 18" subs. But then again you said I would sell my stuff and change up and I am still pondering. I have not made a final decision, but I am back aiming towards 8 18" btl's. Would that work in a suburban for a daily driver, because I am in the process of finding a lot of cardboard. lol

Oh NFS technically if that was my final decision, you would owe them $20 bucks because I never sold anything

Be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on the little things.

He is not joking man. I west to close to a $1,000 worth of stuff I "forgot" about in my build.

Honestly man I think your getting way over your head for your first big build. I am not staying dont do it. Just if you do, take your time, and do it right! Your talking about running a system that if some thing goes wrong it can go very very wrong.

Saw a kid that built a wall for 4 15" with bolts in it to hold it down, got into a 15mph crash, bolts came through the sheet metal and all most killed him. Simple things like that, or a wire not being fused and catching fire......
