00sdime00 Posted May 11, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2007 In the previous pic, I added two more pieces to the 1 1/2" bracing, and ran a few beads on the inside of the truck. Then plug welded the rest of it from the outside. Starting on the back. That piece was screwed to the brace, and I drilled two holes and filled the cavity between that and the sheetmetal with expanding foam...the back wall of the cab is now solid as a rock. Here is the back of the sub wall up..it is glued and screwed/bolted to the brace Started on the baffle...two layers here..holes marked for the subs also Sub holes and recesses cut... I love your suspension setup too, real clean!
