stevh0 Posted May 12, 2007 Report Share Posted May 12, 2007 i have a little bit of a problem . ever since i had the 4 15s in my car , what ever woofers i put in there sounds absolutely shit . i took the 4 15's out , dropped in 2 of those 15's and it sounded SHIT , i took those two out thinking the 5cuft box is too small and dropped in my single DD 15inch in a 5cuft box tuned to 30hz . it sounded nice and clean , but not loud at all. so im thinking i stuffed up there , i dropped the dd into a sealed box . thinking that nothing can really be wrong with sealed box . to my surprise . its even worse! I cant live with out the 4x15's , but theres no space in the car for them there on a daily base. is my hearing damaged ? or am i just too used to the 4x15's? what they hell should i do ? go without sound for a month? maybe my hearing would re adjust or something ?
