Just quite not enough airspace after all this bracing and I think I would have some compression issues due to the layout they would be in and such. Just seemed better to do 2 18s. looks good, I couldnt put a wall in mine, atleast at the b pillar, im too fat Lol my wall is as far back as your box and its got a 7 degree angle back so I can lean back a lil. Im 6'1" and 215lbs and I sit comfortably with this wall in lol you can do it. You know you wanna. 2000LaDe Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 you may have been better to build the shell with 2x4's then plate the 2x4's with mdf or w/e. you might have been able to gain a bit more space and strength on the whole enclosure. that was just my thoughts. looks good. definetly gonna do well.

Yea I wanted to do that, but this thing is so odd shaped I jus figured itd be easier to do it this way. But yes, I agree with you. But it is indeed pretty stout the way it is right now. Yes, Im well aware theres a gap there.. once im all done you wont even see that gap. Subs were ordered a few days ago, pry will be in a few days or so. I just need the weather to warm a little more so I can fiberglass more. It just seems there better built then some other subs I've owned. And the colling on the bottom for the coil works amazing, I just tried it out to feel the air flow. Its a good amound.
