ha i got this kid interested in my subs so i went to my old high school to give him a demo and mind you my voltage is no where near what i should be... but anyways the kid comes over with his friend and of course they're both kicker lovers but they hear my stuff and love it.. but then they get more of their friends to come over and hear it and this one girl is like o this kid thinks he's got the loudest system but he needs to be here cuz this is crazy lol.... I hate kids who think they got the best shit

A "friend" of mine said that his amp was 800 watts max (shitty sony) and he said that bridging doubled the power, so he was running more wattage than my current set up @ the time. So I said "so why is mine louder still?" (I had a Rf-P-600-2 powering two Rf p2-10's) and he replied "It must be the car." :01nocomment8so: another, lil story, so i was chilling @ my local shop talking about the big 3 and this wannabe gangsta looking kid is getting mad because his amp isnt turning on.. Ignition wire? NO. bad RCA's... NO, turns out the dude ran is Schoshe (sp) 10 gauge power through the door jam area and it pinched the wire. Same day, I see this guy with two mbquart 2000.1's in his rustbucket powering two L7 15's in the trunk. I ask him about what batteries hes using, he says 1 duralast. He said that his voltage gauge on his dash was wrong because he was dropping down to the 8s on bassnotes, and his car would shut off. i dont understand people

i had a guy tell me nothing gets louder than his type s alpines, and that with 4 sealed 12's and 6000 watts he hit a 168 and was regional champ

so i sold him some type s's. he was very happy. ignorance is bliss and i wasnt about to shit on his parade.

and you would not believe how many people come in asking if we carry fi subs. everyone googles it and sees it online, and its kinda obvious you can only find them in one place, from fi, but atleast once a week someone asks, and says they want to put a btl18 in their cavalier or something.

Yup, not car audio but when i worked a suspension shop awhile back we had bagged tahoe come in, the bag job was good just need some electrical upgrades because it had a massive air compressor (Oasis?) that would stall the motor if it kicked on when idling

I got a good one. I went into my local shop to get some fuses for my amp. And i over heard them talking and one said this guy was hitting 200 dbs on the mic. I didn't event want to say anything i just got my fuses and walked out loling to my self.
