N1GHT
me and a friend were working on his system, hes got 2 memphis 10's and 2 infinity 10's, each set of 10's have their own amp. when we run just the memphis 10's it hits hard but when we turn up the other 10's it seems like it hits weaker than with just 2 memphis's. all these are in his trunk of a 97 grand am gt. he took out the back seat so it just has the seat and no back rest thing. is there anything that we can do to make it so that all 4 hit better than just 2? Edit....PHOTO This is the setup but he blew the 12s and now has 2 of the infinitys there
Chris
Yep. Sell the two infinitys & buy 2 more memphis' & sell both amps & get one big one. Problem solved. You're gonna have big cancellation issues going on with two different amps AND subs. 4 15" FI Q D2's in 12 cubes tuned to 32hz 1- T1000.1bd's 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles 4 runs of 1/0 gauge -Big 3 -Trunk sealed off from the cabin Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module All in a CAR. Yeah, having 2 separate amps is probably the main issue going on. What amps does he have? 4 15" FI Q D2's in 12 cubes tuned to 32hz 1- T1000.1bd's 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles 4 runs of 1/0 gauge -Big 3 -Trunk sealed off from the cabin Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module All in a CAR.
