slickemhoundd
I stayed up two endless weekends to complete this box, and its just about done. This is the setup im referring to when im askin about the Rockford T1500bd vs Sundown SAZ-1500D. I was mostly worried about the outcome of the face since this is gonna be snug and tucked back in the trunk, but the pics do make it look different... different as in not as good Quote "God's country is like Heaven, Cause you can drive like HELL!!" MOUZEBINN
Nah man that box looks tight... You did a good job, what are the specs of it?? I've always wondered how you tune 3 subs into 1 box.. also is it really a good idea to invert the middle sub, seems like it might ruin some of the air movement. slickemhoundd
Thanks man, i put about 17hrs into this box!! i know thats a long time but it is my first slot port build and i wanted to be veeery careful when building it.... i dont wanna blow the subs from poor judgement or assembly (even tho i can field strip and replace VC) I flipped the middle sub just to show it, i think it looks cool in the pics The box is 38.5wx16hx16d, 4.2x cubes, mono chambered, 3/4 mdf, with a double baffle, , 16wx3h port at 34 hz and the roll on bed liner. Glued screwed caulked stapled and caulked and caulked lol! Quote "God's country is like Heaven, Cause you can drive like HELL!!" Never Argue With An idiot. slickemhoundd
Nice! Great work! Thanks!! its nice to here bass heads compliment me! This was not an easy build either. My router was burned out and my roto zip wouldnt release the bit so there for i had to hit it with the circ saw then bring everything in the basement for the table saw and back up to use the jig saw and assemble..... 3/4 aint light either lol! Im proud of myself, im pround of the box, and my choice of subs.... now just awaiting the amp decision and purchase then ill see how truly badazz it is Quote "God's country is like Heaven, Cause you can drive like HELL!!"
