Decaf
if that was 4000watts free-air then im hitting 165db with my 2 12s in my trunk with the seats folded up on 500w i thought once u entered 155+ everyone had a clamp meter lulz
windowtinter
after a bit of descusion on the rise factor free air although not exactly the same a busted out the old hacked up extension cord and a few speakers that needed replacement on all the tests on three different subs i had a 2x rise when clamped from there wired imp. so if we use that as a rough guide we are talking waht 2500 to 3000 range from that amp at 4 ohm? of course there will be the nah sayers but none the less more than the 1000 that was said it couldnt handle. The A Team
Well i cant stand reading all these comments about if it was 4000 watts or not, then all the #s being thrown around...... So i put the clamps to it. I have a vid uploading now but figured i would share the #s first. How i break it down to keep it simple, peaked 1 second power free air i seen 36.09 amps, and 133.2 volts = 4807 watts. Now if you look at the amperage sustained for 3 seconds or a bit more we have amperage of around 31 which would still work out around 4129 watts. So this would mean only one thing and that is that Kirill007 is the winner with the very first guess of "4000 watts i suppose." This also proves that these subs can handle more then 1000 watts free air about 4x that infact. It may also prove that some members who seem to not like the product like to make fictitious claims. But this isnt to start anything just to stop the lies, and guessing.

Plus it wasn't my woofer, so I didn't want to break it. I don't make up stories just to make a company look bad, which I wasn't even doing in the first place. But this isn't to start anything.
