I mean play your sh!t loud if your just driving by and it's before 8pm or 9pm. Just because it's 5pm doesn't mean you can sit in the driveway or wherever and play it full tilt. Even though it's early it's still loud and it's constant. Not just a few seconds if you're driving by. I hope you get what I'm saying.
