(lol I saw her date of birth was 1926, DAMN dats old). so maybe thats why it didnt look like he has no insurance... anyways, I have another adjuster calling me soon and will come look at my car. My cars a 1985 corolla hatchback (it was loud) and if the damage is more to fix then the car is worth then they total it right? Is there a minimum they'd have to give me? Since I cant imagine my car being worth more than a grand. Edit: I'd hate to sue an old lady but I will if I have too IG: devinthydude

You just keep on saying no you want more over and over. Then you go after medical and pain caused by the accident... Then we can be talking 10s of thousands of dollars. I know someone that was in an accident and got over 60 grand in just medical... for having lasting pain or something... You just gotta nickel and dime everything you can. EDIT: my friend was lowballed on his car when someone sideswiped him... he kept on fighting and got around an extra thousand dollars.

Turns out the vehicle he was driving was registerd to his grandma, Not to sound like im an asshole but this dude and his family is straight garbage poor (rather get a case of beer then a loaf of bread). this shit was drawn out over 2 yrs and finally he just got his trial date. Well that same day my mom filed a wrongful death lawsuit on him and his Grandma, so even though u might not want to id take them both to court and sue for whatever u can get even though u might not get a whole lot.
