After hearing Joe's Shure SE310's I went and bought a pair of Shure SE210's from work...those things sound amazing. eardelete Posted December 18, 2009 Author Report Posted December 18, 2009 Okay man, my friend used to have the 200's and I thought they were great.Get the Sony MDR-XD700 Max Bass Headphones. You can get them for about 70-80 bucks on jr or amazon. My buddie let me listen to them when he bought em and they are byfar the best I have ever heard for a decent price. They sound amazing, and even better if you buy an amplifier for them, he bought a little 20 dollar FiiO amp and it only increased its potency even more. If I were you, go with the 700's, you won't regret it. I can't wait to get mine for Christmas. ok how did u like the lows,mids,higsh because i like big those bigger types of headphones keeps the music "in" hehe eh
Cozmoo Posted December 18, 2009 Report Posted December 18, 2009 Well, there is definitely a sound quality difference from say the iPod earbuds and the sonys. The Sony's sound really good at higher volume like Over half, but they still sound great at low volume. If you turn it all the way up, it tends to leak out and can be heard, and they can be used for good speakers if you take them off and show a group of people music I just listened to them for about 2 hours today in school, and I am still in love with them and cannot wait to get them for Christmas. The bass is pretty good too. You can go to Best Buy and they usually have the 500's (one step down from the 700's) setup for testing and you can see how well you like them. If you like the 500's, you will definitely love the 700s. And yes, the headphones are huge. You can see a little bit of them out of your peripherals :hairtrick:

Nic Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 love my skull candy ink'd buds.... got a pair of over ear skull candy headphones(forget the name but love them) i love the bose ear buds and over the ear head phones but im not in the mood to drop 100$+ on headphones.... the dr dre ones sound great but same thing... not gonna pay $$$ for something that to me only sounds slightly better than my 18$ ink'd buds.... i bought the sony xbass buds but hate how they fit the ear... so i only use them for video chat with friends when i need them.... Full eclipse system is next on list.. soon to gut and redo the honda as new project/rolling buissness card i miss the sound of those old school strokers on beast amps
