Either way, it isn't hard to imagine how some iceberg melting far north of Canada could cause changes in how Canada's weather reacts with moisture.

Authorities are saying travel in Duluth and northeastern Minnesota will be "life threatening" after dark on Thursday and people should stay off the roads in that part of the state.

Looking at 12+ inches down here in omaha ne. started ice raining 2 nights ago. rained all day yesterday. started snowing around 12 today, suppose to snow until tomowwor night. Its a straight up blizzard, winds blowing at like 35mph

Seriously though, no snow emergency in Minneapolis and I am a happy motherf***er! I guess nobody wanted to be The Grinch Who Towed Christmas, or something like that (has to be the reason there is a shit-ton of snow here).
