hid v.s. the law

ok well i got a set of 10000k H.I.D's for christmas. lastnight i got pulled over cuz they r blue and "illegal". my thing is i live in arkansas but my car is registerd in my moms name who lives in missouri. so can i get a valid ticket in arkansas for illegal tint or lights if my car is registered in a different state where it is not illegal? has anyone else had issues with this?

In pa the only lights up front that are illegal are red lolz but yeah even if the car is registered in a diff state dosent really mean much

damn that sucks bro......10k is starting to get to the point of asking for attention. Thats why i stay in the 7k range -

anyway put the stock bulbs in and get the ticket written off....then put them back

It dosent matter i got pulled over to my tint in DE and im from PA stilled got pulled over nothing happened ( was heading to water fest) but its the law of the state i guess

Doesnt really matter if your passing through the law still stands if your in that state

Its still illegal there.

Got to court though and tell the judge what you're telling us and if he's in a good mood he'll let you off with a warning maybe.
