t-money Posted December 29, 2009 Report Share Posted December 29, 2009 ok well i got a set of 10000k H.I.D's for christmas. lastnight i got pulled over cuz they r blue and "illegal". my thing is i live in arkansas but my car is registerd in my moms name who lives in missouri. so can i get a valid ticket in arkansas for illegal tint or lights if my car is registered in a different state where it is not illegal? has anyone else had issues with this? Got to court though and tell the judge what you're telling us and if he's in a good mood he'll let you off with a warning maybe.
