Is monster cable a decent wire? I am starting to slowly order things for my bigger build this spring and saw this on ebay, good deal or no?

It seems tempting because of the price, but i think the picture is a bit deceiving. I've never used or seen the actual monster wire itself, but i have a feeling when you get the wire its going to be just beefy insulation and the size of 4ga wire, or there might be that weird plastic stuff that companies put in the middle of the wire. I wouldnt buy it, but i've never used the stuff.

Stay far away from monster. The 'magnetic flux tube technology' is just a plastic tube running down the center of the wire for no reason - makes for a lot less actual copper in there.
