Here is the first piece of the build, and of most builds, the dolla$! The Rip Out! 8 sheets of 1 inch thick MDF tha-tha-tha-tha-thats all folks! Starting with the back so I can mold the floor from the bottom of the back. 8 layers thick in the middle (8 inches) and on the outer left and right side, 2 layers thick (2 inches) which is still plenty.
