bdMoron Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 well I've never hooked up a car system before but I really like cars so I wanted to get into it. So I went out and got 2 12in RF P1s in a ported box, an autotek 1000w amp (I know it's a cheap shitty amp but I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on my first set up I've done my self and break it) 8 gauge ground/power wire. Now I hooked everything up and for like 4-5 days it worked awesome but all I did was move the amp and now the amp isn't getting power. I've dissconected the power and ground from both ends and hooked up the same way I did before and the amp still isn't getting power. What could be wrong?
