Rainman215 Posted January 5, 2010 Report Share Posted January 5, 2010 i dont think the ampere of the fuse determines how much power is transferred through it ... im sure it just means when it gets over the ampere then it blows ... like a 100 amp fuse seeing 150+ (or a short) or something. If it's 4 gauge and you get a short with a 300A fuse, refer to the thread about burning cars. If you're not popping the fuse as it is then it's not the problem. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
