Ben G.
Hey guys I'm getting a new sub soon. I'm getting a JL 18w3 D2 which is the dual 2ohm version. They also make a 4ohm version. This subs going on a Hifonics TITAN amp, which is rated for 500watts. I dont plan on putting in a new alt or anything. I will probally will do the big3, to ensure there will be no voltage drop. Just wondering what you guys think? Wondering if anyone has a set up with this such sub, and wondering what kind of numbers will be possible with this setup. This is going in a Eclipse hatchback also. Like i said just give me feedback and what ever else.

HHR Ed
I dont think JL makes an 18. Do you mean a 13w3? If so. Not the best subs for SPL numbers and certainly not alot of power. I think it will be in the high 130s to maybe 140. But no one can tell until you install and test. the enclosure is the most important part.
