Chris
You still will be able to master/slave those amps together. It seems though that one amp may be more powerful than the other.I know some of the earlier model T10001bd only put out alittle over 1000w @ 1ohm and the newer models are around 1500w @ 1ohm. My board is red and mine is a refurb of the 2006 model. It didn't come with a birthsheet but I know it's putting out around 1500w rms. Well, the birthsheet from my older model with the green board says 1518rms @1ohm, but I have no clue about the one I just bought because he didn't have the sheet anymore. He said he thought it was maybe around 1150rms, but that seems kinda low for me, most T1000's are rated at above 1400rms as far as I've heard OOOOOOOOOO Whats this going into!? 2001 Chevy Blazer (Blue) He's having the alarm installed as I type this. I can't wait to get my hands on this one guys! roscoe1129
Wrong if you invert a sub you should reverse the polarity on them otherwise you will have two subs firing into a sealed chamber. you need to reverse the polarity so the sub fires in reverse and it still has a sealed back chamber. j_black10
I've seen a couple of birhtsheets that were that low. I've also seen some that were rated higher a 2ohms than they were at 1ohm. Which amp has the smaller capacitors? Will it hurt the subs if I wire them normally? I suppose I could try it both ways to see which one sounds better... I've seen a couple of birhtsheets that were that low. Chris
Thanks guys, I really appreciate the advice. I have no experience inverting subs so I was lost of this subject. So all I do is turn - into + for all four coils, & that isn't gonna hurt the subs either? roscoe1129
no it wont as long as you make sure they are all reversed Quote Some people need a sympathetic pat... on the head...with my hammer Scientia est Vox "In Nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti" DONT BE AFRAID TO USE THE SEARCH BUTTON!!! j_black10
Usually they just sound like ass, unless the surround gets damaged by the box..... X2!!!!! Back in the day I tried it and it sounded horrible. Haven't done it since!!! Hopefully that amp puts out around 1500w rms!! It sucks if it doesn't!!! But like I said before, it won't affect you being able to master/slave them!!!!!
