dyno mat second skin

my trunk rattles and spolier pretty good i was wondering what i should get the second skin or the dyno mat to stop my trunk and spoiler from rattling. Which is better and more effective and which is cheaper. And i heard but i think hes a liar but my friend said that is reusable is that true?
