i still got to put the bottom on,i want to caulk the top before i put the bottom on. No double baffle here,either a 2x4 brace or all thread.Trying to keep the weight down as much as possible.I can actually carry that box around with no problems,if it was mdf might of needed 2 people to move it.

It is birch,alot lighter then mdf and stronger but is almost twice as much.

The focus is already hurting,it wont be till maybe next week when everything goes in.I just ordered some sound deadener for the roof.The box is tuned to 33 hz per the specs of FI.
