tahoexfixssd Posted January 11, 2010 Report Posted January 11, 2010 Alrite so this was a build i did about a month ago for a girl friend of mine that was turnin 16 and wanted a system in her 2007 mustang, so i hooked her up. So her budget was $400. For now it was going to run of the stock deck with a PAC SNI45t. i had to take up as little space as possible becasue she is a cheerleader and has to lug around bags n shyt. Sub: DD 1012 (replaced with Treo TSX 12) Amp: Quantum 2150 Wiring: DB Link. .....and i had to make it fit for a girl lol. So 9515rob got to work wiring and i went to buildin. LOL 9515Rob's pride and joy.....he came up with this idea in mid build lol. lol i covered the magnet boot in pink cheetah. the box.. the box is layered with brushed aluminum ALU-PANEL that i have been using in my other builds, as well as the Pink cheetah. the front of the box will have a 1/2" plexi window and White LEDS With the window in, i made my logo out of the pink cheetah and put it on the bottom of the box. Now for the front cover bord.... the outer main panel will be covered in trunk liner to match the car and the insert will be in the pink cheetah Quote NOVEMBER 2008 SYSTEM OF THE MONTH! tahoexfixssd Posted January 11, 2010 Author Report Posted January 11, 2010 After we finished it the DD sub jsut didnt work right in 1.8cubes liek i thought it would (fail) < i know robs going to comment and say i told you so..... so we replaced it with a Treo TSX 12.22, which do really well in small spaces. but that meant rob had to do some more painitng haha so heres some finished pics, with the DD and the Treo me robert loll She was really happy with it, could use a bit more power but on that budget, you can only do so much. and i got a **** speedin ticket taking the car back to her haha Quote NOVEMBER 2008 SYSTEM OF THE MONTH!
