photoshop experts please take a look

I want a new custom designed jersey for 2010 and need your help.

Basically I would like a cool paint splash & drip effect (black, red, yellow, teal).

on the back it would be cool if I could have my name ( Doug Bradley) with this effect or something similar ( http://www.digitalartsonline.co.uk/tutoria...D=1617&pn=1 )

I know I'm a pain in the ass but if someone comes up with a really cool design that I end up using, I will throw them some cash

I'm not expert, but i'll do this... it will take me days, i repeat. the things i do takes me DAYS so i would only do it if you have patients for me.

so you want me to put it on a actuall digital-shirt? n do two different images front image, then a back image?.... (would you take a better pic?)
