He said he was sorry for what happened and that they are insured so we should be able to get our money back. The forgery also is going to get someone in deep shit anyway. I had also checked in with him before filing a claim.

So with the supporting information, pictures, witness to it being dropped, forgery being a federal offense, and the help of the seller I am hoping for the best.
