Ok my port will be parallel with the bottom piece of the box and using the bottom piece as one of the walls, but the front edge of my bottom piece is S shaped, and the port will also be in the middle not using any other walls as part of the port, so how would I measure my port length???

measure as if straight down the middle of the port, then add half the height to the length.

I think you need to post a drawing of what you're talking about.

"Cheap, good or fast. You can only pick two out of three."

"Have money? Love story! No money? I'm sorry."
