esteagall
the only thing i could think of as being bad is that the aluminium could rattle. Ive never seen something like this before, could be cool -Car: 2006 Ford expedition King Ranch -Subs: 2 FI BTLs 18 fully loaded -amps: 2 sundown SAZ 3000D -Alternator: DC Power 260 amps -Batterys: 2 optima yellowtops -A whole shit load of 0 guage knu hyper flex and raptor cable -Rockford Fosegate 3sixty
rmzsuzuki89
Do you mean to round the inside corners of the port?...That would be the same idea as fiberglassing sonotube sections. BanginOnABudget
i saw a box made out of diamond plate do a 140 with a 15" jl w1, oldschool one the, i guess metal is good. idk. i dont see why u would want too. put the metal on the outside of the port wall to cut down on flex if anything. im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. thebiggmann12
it would make the box stronger i would think as long as u do it right, it would also smooth out the airflow a bit.
