What do you have the subs wirerd at that the Sundown is going into protect? I have the 2000 and run it at a 1/2 ohm and I have no problem. They are strong amps long as you keep the voltage up.

Voltage never fell below 12.8 my voltage is fine I had the big shots even looking at it and they were puzzled

Another batt?

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
