flashlight_65 Posted February 14, 2010 Report Share Posted February 14, 2010 my friend went a little overboard when he decided on a sub for his '06 impala he wanted me to build him an enclosure like mine but the sub is so big and the opening of the trunk is so small i can only make the front outta fiberglass but i think i can make it work. sorry for the crappy pics i took em with my iphone i left my camera in my car im working on. i didnt get any pics when i started cause i was kinda in the zone. test fitting the speaker ring a little jb weld to secure the t nuts a dry fit had to notch out the top to allow the basket to fit drilled another notch for the bolt to pass through My builds: my caddy my 'hoe friends impala Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

flashlight_65 Posted February 14, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 14, 2010 fitting the port rings securing the port rings using rope to give a round edge around the top and sides thats all for now. i plan on stretching the fleece and getting a couple layers of chop mat layed out later today. oh by the way the bck of the box is not glued so i can take it out. i plan on glassing it from the inside.
