If i used your box would having a orion 5000d to each sub be too much for that box size? I used to run HCCAs, ran anywhere from 2000-5000 per woofer and tested a number of different boxes. For anything over 2500w per woofer the loudest enclosure I tested for daily was 9ft3 @ 34hz w/ 120in^2 of port area or so.
