Miakehl
SO I have this problem see... I got all this trunk space and this itty bitty opening for it, the opening is like 29x18 usable. =\ But the trunk in and of itself is huge. I made a super hi tech box mockup that was 17x17x34 and even that didn't fit. So my options are 1 Build a tiny box that's no more than 29Lx18H and blend it in. 2 Build the box in the trunk. I really don't want do build in in the trunk because it then will be permanent cause I cant get it out AND I dont know how I'd go about getting it sealed and solid if I did that. What do? Is there a particular reason that you can't angle one side of a ported box? Any ideas that might help in this case? I can get pics of measurements pretty easy because right now everythings out. cubs_fan0718
what about a flater and longer box would that get it in there ? something that is about ur mounting depth of the sub, maybe u could fold ur seat down and squeeze it in that way. The black plastic peice with the Buick logo on it hides the brace that spans between the rear strut towers. I'm about to sawzall something, really. jizazz12
i had the same problem with my 05 sonata,in order for me to get my LVL4 15's in the trunk i had to fiberglass the spare tire well and make a two piece box.that's an idea for ya,it's either that or build a two piece box and put it together once you have it in the trunk. or like you said be for you could just piece a box together in the trunk.it's a sacrifice we all make for the beat game. General
Where is the problem? I fitted this box into my trunk: You see the tiny entrance to the trunk? Just build it together INSIDE the trunk Be inventive.... then you can acomplish this: Good luck Quote ______Some people and performances are beyond words______ Chairman of the foundation "Propper-Droppers Holland" 2012 Founder of the European delegation of `Propper-Droppers' 2011 Dutch Champion EMMA SQ MultiMedia advanced 2010 European Champion EMMA SQ experienced 5 channel 2007 Dutch Champion EMMA SQ experienced 5 channel 2007 BeNeLux vice Champion dB-drag street-A 2007 Dutch vice Champion dB-drag ministreet-sedan 2004 _________________________________________ Propper Droppers is about deep, ground wobbling, elephant-and-whale stimulating Street Bass. Miakehl
But how to make sure I get the box sealed? Resin the inside after it's put in?
