sven6977
If I'm understanding you right, then yeah. that should be 1ohm.... My guess is either a problem with the rca outs on the headunit end or the input on the amp. was the amp/headunit brand new? sven6977
honestly, one of the subs has to be bad or one of your connections are bad. If the amp/hu/old subs worked. but now with amp/new&old hu/new subs dont work its gotta be the new subs. possibly a mismatched coil in your order. (if one of them is a 2ohm sub your gonna get below 1ohm and amp=unstable) Quote Rowan University Electrical Engineering LINK TO MY BUILDDDDD Current Setup in my 00' Hyundai Accent: Pioneer DEH-P6900UB RE.6.5C AUDIO 500w 6.5" COMPONENT CAR SPEAKERS Eclipse SE 6500 (6.5 coax in rear deck) two Kicker C124's in a t-line tuned to 28.6Hz Kenwood KAC-7204 US amps 1600.4 V2 Upcoming Build this summer: T-Line enclosure for two C124's tuned to 28ish hz O_O amp my speakers with a US amps 1600.4. uhoh_45
try turning your gain down on your amp the new headunit could have higher output voltage and could be sending the amp into protect cause clipping Quote R.I.P!
