AUDIOADDICT02 Posted February 24, 2010 Report Share Posted February 24, 2010 EXACTLY...those all in one home theater setups usually dont have a protection circuit on the amp output stage..itll just blow that channel..i dont know how many guys i saw in highschool ruin equipment by just adding speakers I remember back in seventh grade, i had a home theater system and didn't know much about impedance loads and hooked up 4 10's(all parallel) and the system blew after a few seconds...
