Namosh Posted April 5, 2010 Report Share Posted April 5, 2010 everything looks good except for 1 thing .... the box sticking up over the bed .... i know, i know, the 18s are pretty much as tall as the bed, i woulda done something like king suv did in mels truck and angled them, to get the box where you could add a cover later. dsmdan Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2010 I'll snap some more pics tomorrow but my fiberglass cover gives me just over 21" height clearance. The cover is on it right now and it fits great. Today in my spare time from Easter, I pulled the box back out and added some bracing to cab port, and painted that port at well. Looks much better now, and less rattle. I'm going to try and find a rear window without the slider b/c mine is flexing way too much, I think a solid window would help. I'm going to run to the local audio shop tomorrow and show it off. I know they have a meter, but IIRC its not a TL.
