BulletInjection
lol I have heard of this happening once or twice. It is actually a concern of mine too, a bag that shoots out at your face at 200mph... that freaks me out. Saltine
no it cant set your airbag off, there are sensors on the frame that need to experiance a hard blow or electrical pulse to set them off
Red-navi-916
It shouldn't a cars air bag sensor is in the front of the car so when you hit something it triggers the sensor and the bags shoot out Edit: dude above beat me to it Edited March 7, 2010 by Red-navi-916 Quote BUILDLOG http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=61862 "98crewcab"Never a POS....just always "a work in progress" lol that's how we roll bitches!!! HHR Ed
It shouldnt, side and front airbag sensors are placed on the frame of the car and sense a rapid decel or accel by way of G-forges. The vibration associated with Large SPL vehicles isnt the right type of force for the sensors. Unless the sensor is placed on a flexing door (which they are not). Even SS vehicles 165+ dB have not set them off. If someone has set one off, it may have been due to other circumstances. brewer_brewer
if you are that worried about it pull your airbag fuse you have to have some BRUTAL bass to trip your airbag sensor Quote REFS http://www.caraudioclassifieds.org/forum/itrader.php?u=2026 http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/44535-official-brewer-brewer-feedback/page__p__625998__hl__brewer__fromsearch__1entry625998 "you're not allowing natural selection to work, you're like the guy that invented the seatbelt"
