Wire each sub parallel and hook one sub to one set of outputs, second sub to the other set of outputs

you cant bridge it, its only one channel, hence the extra "1" in the model name

there is one + and one - that happens to have two spaces to connect wires. just like youre one person with 2 arms, that amp has one terminal with 2 holes and screws.

follow that diagram and stop thinking so damn much.
